Maintenance Garage Starts On Fire In Bartlett
The Bartlett Fire Protection District responded to the fire Thursday morning.
BARTLETT, IL — No one was injured when a blaze broke out at a maintenance garage in the 1400 block of West Lake Street in Bartlett Thursday morning. Firefighters were called to the garage at 8:37 a.m. and found a fire coming from the bottom of the boiler unit, according to a news release from the Bartlett Fire District.
The blaze was declared under control at 8:56 a.m. and no one was injured in the fire. The building remains habitable, according to the news release.
Damage estimates are not currently available and the cause of the blaze remains under investigation.
