Petitions for nomination for trustee of Community College District 509 (Elgin Community College) may be downloaded at https://elgin.edu/about-ecc/trustees/trustee-elections/ beginning Tuesday, Sep. 22, 2020.
The first day to circulate nominating petitions is Tuesday, Sep. 22, 2020, for the Apr. 6, 2021, consolidated election.
A minimum of 50 signatures of registered voters residing in Community College District 509 are needed for a candidate’s name to be placed on the ballot.

Illinois community college trustees hold a six-year term of office, and two positions are currently up for the consolidated election, Apr. 6, 2021.
