Thanksgiving 2017: Open Supermarkets In Elgin

ELGIN, IL — With Thanksgiving being just around the corner, many of us get our shopping done early. Also, though, many of us don't. Here are some Elgin supermarkets' hours.

Armando's Supermarket: The store at 925 N Liberty St. will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.

Lucky's Asian Market: The market, at 692 Villa St #1, will be closed all of Thanksgiving week.

Meijer Stores: Meijer stores are open on Thanksgiving Day, opening at 6 a.m. for those who want to get Black Friday deals before Black Friday.

Wal-Mart: Wal-Mart stores are open on Thanksgiving Day. Online shoppers can get Black Friday deals starting at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, and in-person shoppers can get the deals starting at 6 p.m. Thanksgiving Day, according to USA Today.
