2 Elmhurst Residents In Latest Arrest Log

One of the residents is accused of two counts of domestic violence.

ELMHURST, IL – Two Elmhurst residents were included in the latest arrest log released Monday. Here is information from the reports:

Domestic violence

  • Darije Nikolic, 56, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 9 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of South York on two counts of domestic violence and one count of interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, Nikolic took the victim's phone and grabbed the victim, causing injury.
  • Kaitlyn Wentworth, 23, of Addison, was arrested about 6 p.m. Sunday in the 400 block of Addison on two counts of domestic violence. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, the victim said Wentworth attacked him. Officers saw scratches on him.

  • Robert J. Giacomino, 18, of Elmhurst, was cited about 10 p.m. Thursday at Jewel, 153 Schiller, on charges of retail theft and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released on bond. According to a police report, he left stolen beer behind when he was confronted. When officers found him, he had several bottles of alcohol, but they were brands not sold at Jewel.

DUI

  • Crystal Corcoles, 23, of Chicago, was arrested about 2 a.m. Thursday at Lake and Route 83 on charges of DUI and improper lane usage. She was released on bond.
  • Marcelo Garcia Lopez, 33, of Bensenville, was arrested about 7 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of North York on charges of aggravated DUI, driving with a suspended license and illegal transportation of alcohol. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Marejulia Freeney, 29, of Chicago, was arrested about 1 a.m. Sunday at Michigan and North on charges of DUI, disobeying a traffic light, improper lane usage and possession of marijuana by a driver. She was released on bond.
  • Henry Gonzalez, 31, of Chicago, was arrested about noon Sunday at Cottage Hill and Adelaide on charges of DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on bond.

Disorderly conduct

  • Ulan Dzhumagulov, 38, of Chicago, was cited about 4 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of West North on a charge of disorderly conduct. The suspect was released on bond.

Warrants

  • Joseph Nichols, 36, of Villa Park, and Charmaine Sukolowsky, 37, of Itasca, were arrested about 9 p.m. Saturday at North and Route 83 on warrants. She was released on bond. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, they were both in possession of cocaine. Charges are pending lab results.

Driving violations

  • Adolfo Zuniga Barbosa, 40, of Melrose Park, was arrested about 4 p.m. Sunday at York and Diversey on charges of aggravated driving with a revoked license and tinted windows. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
  • Porfidio Aquino-Garcia, 36, of Bensenville, was cited about 7:30 a.m. Thursday at Lake and Grand on charges of no valid driver’s license, leaving the scene of an accident and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
  • Jamisha Bryant Evans, 19, of Maywood, was cited at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at Route 83 and St. Charles on charges of no valid driver’s license and possession of marijuana by a driver. She was released on bond.
  • Deonte Craig, 23, of Chicago, was arrested about 10:30 a.m. Sunday at York and Diversey on a warrant and cited on charges of operating an uninsured vehicle, speeding and possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle. He was released on bond.
  • Jennilee Velez, 19, of Chicago, was cited about 10 p.m. Sunday at Melrose and North on charges of driving with a suspended license and no front license plate. She was released on bond.
  • Rasheed Aregbesola, 27, of Hampshire, was arrested about 11 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Route 83 on charges of DUI, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
