Accused Identity Thief Tried to Buy 4 iPhones: Police
Elmhurst police were called to the phone store for the fraud.

Elmhurst, IL — Police were called June 30 to an AT&T store at 291 N York Street for fraud taking place.
James Marion, 28 of the 700 block of Mount Hope Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio, had in his possession someone else's personal information, according to Elmhurst police.
Marion was trying to use the information to buy four iPhone 6 devices. He was arrested, processed and charged with two counts of felony identity theft, police reported.
