Bensenville Man Charged with Sexual Assault of Mentally Handicapped Brother-In-Law Bond Set at $350,000
John Cegielski faces charges of criminal sexual assault after alleged incidents on Tuesday, DuPage County State's Attorney's Office said.

The DuPage County State’s Attorney Robert Berlin set a $350,000 bond for a Bensenville man accused of sexually assaulting his mentally handicapped brother-in- law, DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office said.
John Cegielski, 76, of Marshall Road, faces one count of criminal sexual assault, DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office communications manager Paul Darrah said.
An in-home nurse allegedly found Cegielski sexually assaulting his 60-year-old brother-in-law in the basement of the Cegielski home on Tuesday, Dec. 29, Darrah said.

Cegielski was arrested Tuesday and his next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 11, 2016, Darrah said.
