The Lyons Township Dog Training Club is pleased to announce a new session of dog training, open to all pure and mixed breeds, begins Tuesday March 16 at the Odeum in Villa Park. Two classes are offered in Puppy Foundations, at 7pm and at 8pm. Other classes offered include Basic Obedience 1 and 2, Trick Dog, Rally, and 3 levels of Agility.

Our experienced trainers utilize positive motivational reinforcement training techniques. The training is conducted in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere surrounded by dogs and dog lovers. When learning about the new training session, a participant said “I'm so glad Lyons started up training again - it's just what Tori and I needed now - such a boost to our morale!"

Lyons Township has worked closely with the Odeum to ensure that classes are held in a Covid-safe manner. Social distancing, mandatory masks and reducing class size are just some of the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of trainers and handlers.

If you have a new puppy who is in need of training or are interested in competing with your dog and do not know where to start or, if you just want to have some fun with your dog, check us out at LTDTC.org.
