Elmhurst Man Charged Twice Late Last Week: Police
In both incidents, the resident was said to be intoxicated.
ELMHURST, IL – An Elmhurst man was charged twice late last week in incidents in which he was reported as intoxicated, according to police reports.
Robert Balciunas, 68, of Elmhurst, was cited about 2 p.m. Thursday on a charge of public intoxication. He was found passed out outside Fitz’s Spare Keys, 119 N. York St., police said. Officers said he was uncooperative.
About 8 p.m. Friday, he was charged with disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Crescent, where he lives. This was after he continually called 911 and the police non-emergency line, police said.

He was released on bond in both incidents.
