Elmhurst Police Arrest Report: Criminal Damage to Property, Criminal Trespassing, Prostitution
Arrests made from Dec. 23 to Dec. 30.

A perpetrator is suspected of breaking a window of a door at the Conrad Fisher school between Dec. 23 to Dec. 28. The perpetrator will be charged with criminal damage to property.
Elmhurst police are looking for a perpetrator who stole Christmas decorations from a home on the 200 block of Oneida Avenue overnight on Dec. 27. The perpetrator stole three plush camel decorations.

Louis Porter, 53, of N. Ridge Boulevard, Chicago, was arrested on Dec. 28 after refusing to leave a restaurant after he was asked to leave. Porter allegedly resisted arrested when officers arrived. He was charged with criminal trespass to property, resisting a peace office and criminal damage to government supported property and booked in the DuPage County Jail.
Albert Batiz, 22, of 622 Aspen Drive, Lombard, was arrested for retail theft on Dec. 30. Batiz allegedly took electronics from a display without paying for the items. When Batiz was stopped in the parking lot by security he allegedly drove away, hitting the security officers with his car. Officers arrested him in his home and he was charged with battery and retail theft and released from DuPage County Jail.

Jorge Aragon, 27, of 1240 Robin Wood Drive, Elgin, was arrested after allegedly posting an online solicitation for prostitution. Elgen was charged with prostitution and released from DuPage County Jail on bond.
