Elmhurst Resident Cited for Illegally Trapping Skunk at Home: Police

Jakub Razniak, 30, who lives on the 800 block of N. Larch, was cited Dec. 10 for illegal trapping when he was found to have trapped a skunk in a cage at his home.

When Elmhurst police responded to the scene, they cited Razniak for the offense, which had been called in by another resident.

The skunk was released from the cage, which was taken into evidence.
