Original article: Café Amano in Elmhurst is veering from its typical European fare and headed south of the border this weekend.
From 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, the restaurant will feature modern and classic Mexican cuisine, unique margaritas and imported beer.

Here's a sneak peak at the menu:

- red and green rice

All this and a whole lot more will be prepared with owners Marco Conte and Chris DePodesta's usual flair. A live mariachi band will play from 5 to 7 p.m.
