Prostitution Investigation Leads to One Arrest in Elmhurst

Elmhurst, IL — Elmhurst police conducting a prostitution investigation arrested a Chicago woman for agreeing to perform a sex act for money.

Crystal L Stephens, 28 of the 4239 block of N Keystone in Chicago, was arrested around 7:53 p.m. July 13 in the 500 block of W Grand, according to Elmhurst police.

Stephens was in possession of controlled substances and items of drug paraphernalia, police reported. She was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
