York Street Closed In South Elmhurst

ELMHURST, IL — Both directions of York Street are currently closed between Van Buren and Madison streets because a contractor knocked down a utility pole, the city said Tuesday.

The signals at York and Vallette Street and the signals at fire station on South York are not functioning.

The city said emergency crews are on the scene. A detour is in place.
