Are You Tracking Your Weight-Loss Progress Wrong?

Tracking weight-loss progress can be difficult and discouraging. You may be doing it wrong. It's vital you find the method best for you.

The best method to track weight loss progress is not the same for everyone. According to a study done by the Pew Research Center’s Internet & American Life Project, 69% of U.S. adults track some sort of health indicator for themselves or a loved one. Whether it be sleep, diet, blood sugar, or weight being tracked, only 21% of the respondents said they used an app or wearable device to monitor their progress.

Wearable tracking devices are not the only way to monitor your progress, but as that industry continues to rapidly grow, digital tracking devices are in higher demand. Depending on what you are concerned about tracking, there are many different methods to choose from.
