City Lights Orchestra Plays Free Concert In Evergreen Park
City Lights Orchestra conducted by South Side native Rich Daniels finishes Evergreen Park's summer concert series Aug. 25 in Klein Park.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — South Side native Rich Daniels brings his renowned, 32-piece City Lights Orchestra to Circle (Klein) Park for Evergreen Park’s last summer concert of 2019. The concert starts at 6 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 25. (Please note the date change.)
City Lights Orchestra plays classic standards from George Gershwin and Woody Herman, Glen Miller and Benny Goodman, as well as tunes from Hollywood film scores and Broadway shows. In addition to corporate gigs and charity galas, CLO has also backed up singers Ray Charles, Mel Torme, Michael Bolton and Dionne Warwick and comedians Jay Leno and Rich Little.
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and maybe some plastic to sit on and enjoy a relaxing Sunday evening of music in the park. Don't forget the mosquito repellent. This is the final concert of the summer and it's always a big one.
