Drive-thru COVID-19 testing at Yukich Field in Evergreen Park has been canceled for Friday, Feb. 5.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL — The drive-thru testing event for COVID-19 scheduled for this Friday, Feb. 5, in Evergreen Park has been canceled. Testing will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Yukich Field, 8900 S. Kedzie Ave., in the parking lot south of ALDI.
"This has worked out very well for us, and we hope that it continues," Mayor Jim Sexton said. "It's very easy, it's a mouth swab. And most importantly, it will give you peace of mind."
The free testing is being offered on a first come, first served to residents in Evergreen Park and surrounding communities to help limit the spread of COVID-19. Molecular Diagnostics will be offering swab testing.
