EPCHS Seniors Collecting Gently Used Clothing And Fabric

Evergreen Park Community High School is teaming up with FunDrive by hosting a clothing and fabric drive to raise funds through April 23.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Evergreen Park Community High School’s class of 2021 is collaborating with FunDrive by holding a contactless clothing drive through Friday, April 23. Residents can support the high school by dropping off gently used clothing and fabric at the sports gate, 9001 S. Kedzie Ave., from 3 to 6 p.m. now through Friday, April 23.

Each year, 700 million pounds of usable items gets dumped into landfills. FunDrive works with schools, sports teams, scout troops, animal shelters and other charitable groups by buying the collected items, paying the non-profit and then reselling the items, so others can love your stuff.

De-clutter your house and clean out your closet. Then drop off clothing, fabric, curtains, bedding, towels and hats off at EPCHS. The collected items will be taken to Saver’s Thrift Store in Orland Park.
