EPCHS Students Bring Home SSC Art Show Wins
Students submitted 25 works of art to be judged for the South Suburban Conference Art Show.
The Evergreen Park Community High School Art Department participated in another successful Art Show last week. Students submitted 25 works of art to be judged for the South Suburban Conference Art Show.
There were four winners from EPCHS. Nicole Mutnansky (AP Studio) won a "Best of Show" Award for mixed media. Other winners were Gwen Hohman (Studio Ceramics) as “Best in School,” Raziyah Adrow (Studio Photo) as “Honorable Mention,” and Taylor Yeaman (Photography) as “Honorable Mention.”
“Fourteen schools participated in the event on April 12 and the show was judged on April 16," said Mrs. McArthur. “A big thank you goes to Mrs. Kazin for coordinating the digital show and making the official video of all the winners. This is an extremely competitive show and we are so proud of all our student artists!”
