Evergreen Park Chamber Hosts Golf Outing In August

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — A highlight of the Evergreen Park Chamber of Commerce’s year is its summer golf outing, which gives local business owners and professionals a chance to network on the greens while having fun. This year's golf outing is set for Friday, Aug. 6, at the scenic 9-hole Fountain Hills Golf Club in Alsip, 12601 S. Kedzie Ave., Alsip.

Join the chamber for links, drinks, barbecue and camaraderie. Play for fun and prizes in a beautiful wooded setting with nearby lakes, or come for the food and camaraderie.

Donations of products and services for prizes and goodie bags are also being accepted. Sponsorship opportunities are currently available at the following levels:

• Hole Sponsor $125
• Putting Green Sponsor $150
• 19th Hole Sponsor $300
• BBQ Sponsor $400
• Prize Sponsor $500
• Major Sponsor $1,200

Registration starts at noon, with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Buy tickets online, send a check to the Evergreor RSVP and pick them up on the day of the outing.

• Golf and cart only, $60 per person
• Barbecue only, $25

New to golf? The chamber is holding a free golf lesson from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, June 3, at the Evergreen Park Driving Range in 50-Acre Park, 91st Street and Rockwell Avenue. Hot dogs, chips, pop, water, beer, and wine will be available for purchase.
