Evergreen Park Pharmacy Offering Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — The Village of Evergreen Park and Evergreen Park Pharmacy are making it easy for residents to get vaccinated for COVID-19. The pharmacy has an ample supply of the Moderna vaccine.

The pharmacy is located on the first floor of the Mary Potter Pavilion at OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital, 2850 95th St., Evergreen Park. Register online and the pharmacy will call you back to help you schedule your appointment. Residents asked to share the information about the Evergreen Park Pharmacy service, with seniors or those who do not internet access. This is a very simple registration process.

Seniors and others without internet access can also call the Village of Evergreen Park at the vaccine hotline, 708-229-3341. Leave a message with their name and phone number, and village staff will call them back to register them with the pharmacy. The pharmacy will call them back personally to schedule an appointment.
