Families in school district 124 who do not have medical insurance can receive free physicals, immunizations and flu vaccinations on Jan. 22.
EVERGREEN PARK, IL – Families in school district 124 who do not have medical insurance can receive free physicals, immunizations and flu vaccinations on Jan. 22.
The Ronald McDonald Care Mobile will offer medical services at Northeast School on Jan. 22 from 12-4 p.m. The medical services will be offered for free to those without medical insurance or medicaid.
COVID-19 protocols for social distancing, screening and cleaning will be followed.
