'Honest Abe' Brings Historic Artifacts To Evergreen Park Library

EVERGREEN PARK, IL -- Beverly resident Dave Becker portrays the sixteenth president of the United States in a one-man play at the Evergreen Park Public Library Saturday, July 7. The program begins at 2 p.m.

Becker will present historical artifacts from the 1800s, including items from President Abraham Lincoln and his family. “Honest Abe and His Artifacts” is aimed to school-aged children, but history buffs of all ages will love it. Registration is required. The Evergreen Park Public Library is located at 9400 S. Troy Ave.
