Red, Sporty Car Tied To 'Suspicious Incident' In Circle Park
The man approached the woman near Circle Park and asked for directions and then made inappropriate comments, police said.

EVERGREEN PARK, IL — Evergreen Park police are looking for a man in a red, sporty car tied to a suspicious incident that happened Tuesday morning near a park.
Around 9:25 a.m., the woman told police she was near Circle Park in the 9600 block of South Homan Avenue, when she was approached by a disheveled stranger. The man asked for directions and made inappropriate comments.
When the woman became frightened, the man got into a bright red, sport 2-door Honda Civic and left, heading east on 97th Street. The car had black rims and a sunroof, and a possible partial license plate with the letters “CHI,” police said.

The man is described as Hispanic or Middle Eastern in his twenties, with a thin build. He had disheveled hair and dirty, crooked teeth. He was wearing a red hoodie, dark pants, with a blue surgical mask under his chin, and spoke with an accent.
