1-Day Vaccination Event Sign-Up Underway For Glenview Seniors

GLENVIEW, IL — The Village of Glenview and Glenbrook High School District 225 are hosting a one-day COVID-19 vaccination registration for Glenview residents age 65 and older only. Assisted by Jewel-Osco, vaccine administration will take place Thursday, March 11, for the first dose, and Thursday, April 8, for the second.

Registration will take place by PHONE ONLY at 847-802-8602 beginning at 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 9. Registration will be limited to one household per call. The phone line will be open until appointments are full. Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Callers will need to provide name, address, phone number, date of birth and email address.

The vaccinations will be administered at Glenbrook South High School, 4000 West Lake Ave. The first dose of Moderna vaccine will be administered on March 11 and a second dose on April 8. Individuals who register must be available on both those dates.

Please bring a photo ID and insurance card on the day of your appointment. When entering the site, please use the entrance off Pfingsten Road.

The number of vaccines and appointments available are limited. A high volume of calls is expected, so if residents receive a busy signal or error message, wait a few minutes and try again.
