Abt Electronics Partners With RPM Seafood This Valentine’s Day

This Valentine’s Day, Abt Electronics is teaming up with RPM Seafood to bring a romantic dinner experience for two (or more) to homes across Chicagoland between February 12 and February 14. The “RPM Seafood x Abt” date night at-home experience invites you and your loved ones to virtually cook alongside RPM Seafood’s Executive and Pastry Chefs.

Dreamt up in Abt's BlueStar® Kitchen, the “RPM Seafood x Abt” menu features:

• Tuna Provencal - Tuna crudo, nicoise olive, lemon, espelette pepper
• House Baked Focaccia Bread, Goat Cheese with Lemon Pomodoro
• Roasted Lobster - Whole roasted Maine lobster, drawn butter, lemon, twice-baked potatoes
• Desserts: molten chocolate cake & chocolate-dipped strawberries

The dinner experience for two is priced at $185 pre-tax and can be purchased via Tock. It comes with a chef-led video walkthrough from RPM Seafood on how to prepare and plate your Valentine’s Day meal from start to finish. The meal will be packed cold and include all pre-labeled ingredients and instructions to prepare the menu at home!

Meal packages can be picked up either at RPM Seafood’s Downtown Chicago location at 317 N. Clark or at the Abt store at 1200 N. Milwaukee Ave in Glenview (in the BlueStar® Kitchen).

Pickup dates and times are as follows:

• Friday, February 12: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Saturday, February 13: 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
• Sunday, February 14: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Premium enhancements are also available at the time of purchase. Á la carte options include Golden Kaluga caviar, black truffle butter, classic shrimp cocktail and assorted chocolate bon bons. Sparkling wine and champagne can also be added to your pre-paid package.

The last day to reserve the “RPM Seafood x Abt” at-home Valentine’s Day dinner is February 9 at 5PM.
