Accident Leads to DUI Arrest on Wagner Road

The following information is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Driving Under Influence

While police were investigating a traffic crash in the 900 block of Wagner Road at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 29, they arrested Timothy Sheridan, 53, of the 1600 block of Garden Court in Glenview, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While Breath Alcohol Concentration Greater than 0.08, and Failing to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident. Sheridan was released after posting his driver’s license and $1000 D -Bond. He has an Oct. 1 court date.

Driving Under Influence

Anna Malik, 47, of the 1700 block of Dewes St. in Glenview, was arrested in the same block at 9 p.m. Aug. 30 and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. She was released on a $2,000 D-Bond with a Sept. 19 court date.

Retail Theft

Altantsetseg Tsedenbal, 37, of the 4400 block of West Lake Ave. in Glenview, was arrested in the 1900 block of Tower Dr. at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 27 and charged with Retail Theft. She was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a Sept. 16 court date.

Retail Theft

Aldana Asencion, 31, of the 200 block of Washington Park Ave. in Waukegan, was arrested in the 2200 block of Willow Rd. at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 28 and charged with Retail Theft. He was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a Sept. 15 court date.
