Glenview Buddy Baseball Program Registration Open

Glenview Youth Baseball is offering a free program for children.

 

Glenview Youth Baseball is offering children grades 1 through 12 who have any physical or mental impairment a chance to play baseball with a “buddy” for seven weeks, according to a press release. 

The “Buddy Baseball” program runs from April 28 through June 23 and participants don’t have to Glenview residents.

Most games are played at 4 p.m. on Sundays at Westbrook School on the southwest diamond corner of Greenwood and Lake avenues, except on May 4, which will be played at Northwestern University at Rocky Miller Park and on June 2, when the All Star Game will be played at 10 a.m.

There are no games Mothers Day or Memorial Day Weekend.
