Admissions Coordinator at Midwest Palliative & Hospice CareCenter
"We are seeking an Admissions Coordinator to join our team!

This is a full time, 40 hour per week position. The schedule would rotate weekends, shifts and days. The hours would be 11:30am -8pm but must have flexibility with their schedule as department needs could be during the day shift as well. This is a benefits eligible position. 

Serves as a representative of the organization processing of all referrals in a timely and appropriate fashion that helps to facilitate access to care. Must be able to handle large call volumes with compassion, and positive attitude. The representative will know when it is appropriate to escalate calls, knowledge of follow-through and understanding of expectations on individual calls with priority levels. Working in a team atmosphere with the ability to communicate with peers and customer/patients. 

Exemplifies, supports, and promotes the Midwest CareCenter mission, values and service excellence standards. 

Consistently conducts oneself in a manner that promotes/markets Midwest CareCenter services, in an effort to increase census/business/revenue. 

Demonstrates responsible stewardship of all Midwest CareCenter resources."

Medical Claims Adjuster at Insurance Company
"Our client, a well-established Insurance Company located in Glenview, IL has an immediate staffing need for two experienced temporary full-time Medical Claims Adjusters. You must have at least 3+ years of recent medical claims processing experience. Any Medicare or long-term care experience is a huge plus. Your primary responsibility will be to adjudicate claims based on variable contract provisions and benefits according to state guidelines. You must understand policy contract language, insurance applications, medical terminology and medical aspects."
