Fredric Samuel Burnstine, age 83 of Glenview, passed away peacefully in his sleep on August 1.
Beloved husband of 59 years to Helen Burnstine nee Srebnik. Loving father of Janet (Lewis) Steinberg and Mark (Jean) Burnstine. Cherished grandfather of Lauren and Marci Steinberg, and Jill and Jeffrey Burnstine. Best pal of Sparky. Dear son of the late Joseph and the late Irene (née Bratman). Proud veteran of the U.S. Army and lifelong Chicago White Sox fan.

Graveside service Wednesday 1:30 p.m. at Westlawn Cemetery (Petunia Section), 7801 W. Montrose, Norridge.
