Glenview Police Make 3 DUI Arrests Over Weekend

The following is from the Glenview Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Warrant Arrest

George Ismail, 20, of the 7200 block of W. Crain St. in Niles, was taken into custody Aug. 8 at the Skokie Police Department on a warrant originating out of Glenview for Failure to Appear on the charge of Retail Theft. He was released at the Glenview Police Department after posting $1,500 D-bond and given a Sept. 19 court date.

Driving Under the Influence-Alcohol

Nicholas J. Gerage III, 48, of the 1100 block of Castilian Court in Glenview, was arrested at 10 p.m. Aug. 8 in the 1000 block of Longmeadow Drive and charged with Driving Under the Influence-Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence-BAC .08 or more and Failure to Yield-Turning Left. He was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with an Aug. 27 court date.

No Valid Driver’s License

Gunter Jimenez, 34, of the 3400 block of Salem Walk in Northbrook, was arrested at 10 p.m. Aug. 8 in the 1000 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with No Valid Driver’s License, and Operating Vehicle with one Headlamp. He was released on a $1,500 D-Bond with a Sept. 2 court date.

Driving Under the Influence

Sara Nash, 50, of the 1400 block of Wilmette Ave. in Wilmette, was arrested in the 4700 block of West Lake Ave. at 12:45 a.m. Aug. 10 and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC .08 or More, Improper Lane Usage, and Speeding. She was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with an Aug. 27 court date.

Resisting Arrest of a Peace Officer

David Murov, 26, of the 2700 block of Glenview Rd. in Glenview, was arrested at 2 a.m. Aug. 10 in the 2000 block of Patriot Blvd. and charged with Resisting Arrest of a Peace Officer and Assault. He was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a Sept. 19 court date.

Driving Under the Influence

Ronald Szostek, 49, of the 3100 block of Cherry Ln. in Northbrook, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 10 in the 2000 block of Pfingsten Rd. and charged with Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol, Driving Under the Influence – BAC .08 or More, and Speeding. He was released on a $1,000 D-Bond with a Sept. 19 court date.
