Glenview Sees $20K Drop in Pool Membership Revenue

Membership at Glenview Park District pools dropped by 854 from about 7,000 passes in 2012 to 6,189 passes as of July 11 this year due to the rainy June weather, resulting in a drop of almost $20,000 in membership revenue, according to Amy Watson, the district’s assistant director of recreation and aquatic operations.

“We are where we are at,” she told the newspaper. “Usually people won’t buy pool passes after the Fourth of July.”
