A colorful and a joyful event took place at Glenview Terrace Nursing Center on 22nd of August 2018.

A colorful and a joyful event took place at Glenview Terrace Nursing Center on 22nd of August 2018. About 70 residents enjoyed the tasty BBQ along with ice-cream, water melon, and Hawaiian punch. The flute sounds and songs of Autumn Song Cha entertained the crowd. The residents participated in singing especially, God Bless America. They all had high praises for the event that became a cohesive family for a beautiful afternoon.
The party was sponsored by Mission Green Light, a nonprofit organization, created and operated by a resident of the nursing home from his room with meager resources. The purpose of the nonprofit is to organize activities and events for the residents of nursing homes. This was the 12th year of organizing parties for the residents of Glenview Terrace.
This event couldn’t have become a joyful reality without the support of the staff and management of Glenview Terrace Nursing Center. The special interest of the Administrator Brad Bartels made the event a success.
