Kabob is King at Glenview's Siunik Armenian Grill

The restaurant at 1707 Chestnut St. offers no frills Mediterranean kabobs made with high quality, fresh ingredients, at a reasonable price.

Nestled in the heart of central Glenview is Siunik Armenian Grill at 1707 Chestnut Ave. in Glenview, serving “healthy, not boring, guilt free, fresh and authentic" Armenian cuisine, the Glenview Announcements reports.

The restaurant offers a no-frills approach to popular Mediterranean kabobs, serving the dish in chicken, pork, ground beef, steak and vegetarian. The restaurant also has generous lunch and children's specials at $4.95 a plate.

I feel like restaurants shouldn’t make a big profit on a lunch meal because people who are working are mandated to eat out and it’s not fair to make money on that need,” owner Levon Kiraosyan told the Glenview Announcements.
