Library Closes Temporarily As Coronavirus Precaution In Glenview

GLENVIEW, IL — As a precautionary measure, the Glenview Public Library is temporarily closing the building to the public to help reduce the spread of the coronavirus, according to officials. The library will remain closed until further notice.

While the building is closed, the drive-up window will remain open and staff will continue to provide phone and virtual services. This decision is in response to a recommendation by the Illinois Department of Public Health to help decrease the positivity rate in our region.

Drive-Up Window Service
The Drive-Up Window will be open for picking up materials during the following hours:
9 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Friday
9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday
Closed on Sunday

All external book drops are open for returning materials 24/7.
