McAlister's Deli Opens Glenview Location

GLENVIEW, IL — If you were one of the 100 guests at the opening of McAlister's Deli in Glenview on Monday, then you know that you'll be drinking free tea for the next year. The national chain opened a location at 2351 Willow Road.

With its popular handcrafted sandwiches, fresh salads, giant-stuffed spuds and famous sweet tea, the restaurant is sure to be a hit among residents, according to its local franchisees.

“We are excited to bring McAlister’s handcrafted sandwiches, family-friendly atmosphere, and genuine hospitality to Glenview,” said the Rajabali family, in a release. “We look forward to opening our doors and building long-lasting relationships with the Glenview community.”

Before its official opening, McAlister's saluted doctors, nurses, military, police officers, and firefighters with a free meal and a drink of their choice last weekend.
