Campbell, M.D.; Loving mother of Debbie (Dave) Ceryak, Jeanine (Craig) Baumgartner and Julie (Steve Edelstein) Campbell, proud grandmother of Nicholas, Michael, Amanda, Sierra, Jackson, Connor, and Addison; Sister of Kathy (Tom) Barket; sister-in-law of Pat (Jerry) Galligar, Tom (the late Perlita) Campbell, M.D., Mary (Bob) Palank, Bob Campbell and the late Mike (Patty) Campbell; caring aunt of many.
