In-Person Class, School Closings In Glenview
There are a number of in-person class cancellations and school closings in Glenview for Tuesday, Feb. 16.
GLENVIEW, IL — After a snowy weekend and Presidents Day, more snow is expected to continue through Tuesday evening, bringing 8 to 13 inches to Cook County. The snow and wintry conditions have led to a number of area school districts, private schools and daycares to stay closed tomorrow for in-person learning and institute e-learning instead.
Crews remain in shifts to plow the forecast long-duration snow event. As much as ten additional inches of accumulation may be received by tomorrow afternoon. The heaviest snowfall is expected between 6 p.m. and midnight tonight. If you must go out, please drive carefully. pic.twitter.com/BAl0EqLxX8

Here are school districts that are canceling in-person classes and/or instituting e-learning as of 8 p.m. Monday:
- Glenbrook High School District 225 (Glenbrook North and Glenbrook South high schools) — In-person closed; e-learning
- District 30 (Northbrook and Glenview) — In-person closed; e-learning
- District 34 (Glenview) — In-person closed; e-learning
- Our Lady of Perpetual Help School — Closed Tuesday
- St. Catherine Laboure School — Closed Tuesday
- Wesley Child Care Center (daycare) — Closed Tuesday
- Loyola Academy (Wilmette) — In-person closed; e-learning
