Plans for New Glenview Fire Department Expected to be Finalized in August
The project is budgeted at about $5.5 million.
Glenview trustees are expected to finalize designs for the new Glenview Fire Department headquarters at 1215 Waukegan Road in August, Chicago Tribune reported.
Trustees directed architects to look into expanding the station so it could accommodate three fire trucks and to look into options for roof material that could change the cost of the project, which is budgeted at about $5.5 million, the website reported.
