GLENVIEW, IL — For many bars and restaurants in Illinois, Friday is an important date on the calendar. As all have been closed since March due to the state's stay-at-home order, those with proper outdoor seating may reopen May 29 as part of Phase 3 of Gov. J.B. Pritzker's Restore Illinois plan.
