Suspicious Person Asks About Home Security
The following reports were provided by the Glenview Police Department. Arrests are accusations and do not indicate a conviction.

Suspicious Person
On Sept. 19, a resident who recently moved to the 1100 block of Wildwood Lane reported a man had approached them at their home and asked several questions regarding when they moved in, how many doors the home has and if they have a security system, according to police.
The man said he was a local representative for ADT, according to the report. However, he never gave a business card but was wearing some type of plastic badge which hung around his neck, police say. After the brief conversation, the man left in a green Isuzu SUV, according to the report.
Retail Theft
On Sept. 19, Charles M. Borkowski, 44, of Glenview, was arrested on the 4300 block of W. Lake Avenue and charged with two counts of Retail Theft after
an investigation of two incidents which occurred on Sept. 13 and 19, according to police. Both incidents occurred on the 2200 block of Willow Road, police say.
Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
On Sept. 22, Zlatan Pasic, 34, 3211 of Glenview, was arrested on the 3500 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with DUI with a BAC .08 or more, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured vehicle and speeding, accoridng to police.
Theft
On Sept. 18, a resident on the 1700 block of Brush Hill Lane told officers they have had a man help around the house for the last two years, according to police. On that day, he was helping them with yard work and went into the home to use the bathroom, according to the report. When he did not return outside, the residents went into the home to look for him, but he was not there and a cell phone, iPad and $75.00 were missing, according to police.
