Grayslake North Dance Team Headed to State
The team finished in sixth place in the Class 2A IHSA dance sectional in Rolling Meadows on Saturday.

The Grayslake North High School dance team is state bound.
The team finished in sixth place over the weekend at the Class 2A IHSA Dance sectional in Rolling Meadows, and earned a trip to next weekend’s state meet. Libertyville High, also a Class 2A team, came in first place at the sectional.

Grayslake Central competed at the sectional meet, finishing in 14th place. Only the top six teams qualified for the state meet.
The state finals will be held on Jan. 29 and 30 at U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington.
