We can expect mostly calm weather this weekend, with chances of precipitation, including snow.

GRAYSLAKE, IL — We can expect mostly calm weather this weekend, save for some patchy fog, rain and snow. Friday, we may see flurries in the afternoon lasting throughout the evening.

Friday night's low temperature of 26 will give way to Saturday's high of 40, when it is expected to be mostly clear. Fog will roll in after midnight.

Sunday morning fog will subside around 8 a.m., the National Weather Service says, and the high temperature will be around 40. There's a 40 percent chance of rain, which is expected to mix with snow in the evening.

Patchy fog after midnight. Otherwise, partly cloudy, with a low around 26. East southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Sunday:
A 40 percent chance of rain after noon. Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 39. East southeast wind around 5 mph becoming west southwest in the afternoon.

Sunday Night:
Mostly cloudy, with a low around 33.
