Lake County Sheriff's 'Draw Our Star' Challenge: Submissions Due

The drawing with the most "likes" (reactions) at 6 p.m. Sunday will become the Lake County Sheriff's office's profile picture for a week.

LAKE COUNTY, IL — The Lake County Sheriff's office is sharing a way to keep your kids busy while following the governor's emergency order due to the coronavirus pandemic. The sheriff's office encourages all Lake County kids to create the best drawing of the Lake County Sheriff's star badge (see below). According to the sheriff's office, all drawings can be submitted by parents through Friday evening via Facebook Messenger.

The sheriff's office will post the photos Friday evening, and the picture with the most "likes" (reactions) at 6 p.m. Sunday will become the sheriff's office's profile picture for a week, beginning Monday.
