Blizzard Closings: What's Closed in Lake County?

LAKE COUNTY, IL– A blizzard has messed up roadways and left many without power this morning in northern and central Illinois. With the less-than-ideal conditions, most schools have decided to close for the day. In addition, daycares, businesses and other organizations have also decided not to open.

As of 6:30 a.m., many libraries appear to be opening late.
