Stroll Downtown, Sip Wine at Grayslake Arts & Crafts Show
The 23rd annual Fine Arts and Craft Festival and the 2nd annual Wine Tasting is this weekend.
GRAYSLAKE, IL -- Local residents can take a walk through downtown Grayslake while sipping wine and perusing the Fine Arts and Craft Festival this weekend. The 2019 Arts Festival and Wine Tasting will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on Whitney Street in Grayslake. The festival has "more vendors in store for you this year from all over the Midwest," according to the festival's Facebook page.
There will also be entertainment from Dance Connection starting at 11 a.m., Slam Funk, a local high school band, starting at noon, and the Mike Flack Orchestra from 2 to 4 p.m. Flack is a professor of music at the College of Lake County and directs the wind ensemble and jazz band at the school.
