3 DUI Arrests in Hinsdale: Police

One of the suspects refused to submit to a blood-alcohol test, report says.

HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale police arrested three people on DUI charges over the Memorial Day weekend. Here is information from the police reports:

  • Jackson A. Rutkowski, 20, of Palatine, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Friday at York Road and Maumell Street on charges of DUI and disobeying a traffic control device. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • Kelly S. Fujii, 47, of Lombard, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI and speeding. She submitted to testing that indicated she was over the legal limit. She was released and given a date to appear in court.
  • Nicholas D. Warner, 43, of Chicago, was arrested about 12:30 a.m. Monday in the 10 block of West Ogden Avenue on charges of DUI, improper lane use and speeding. He submitted to testing that indicated he was over the legal limit. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
