DUI Suspect Stopped At Green Light: Hinsdale Cops
Police also reported an egging of a car and identity theft.
HINSDALE, IL — Hinsdale police released their latest blotter Tuesday. Here is information from the latest reports:
- Gavino Gonzalez, 27, of Brownsville, Texas, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Sunday at Ogden Avenue and Route 83 on charges of DUI, stopping, parking or standing in the roadway, no valid driver's license and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was stopped at a green light for multiple traffic cycles. He refused testing to determine his blood-alcohol content. He was released and given and given a date to appear in court.
- A resident in the 700 block of South Monroe Street told police April 20 that someone used the resident's credit card account information to make a fraudulent purchase of $2,158. The purchase was made online Jan. 11 and picked up at a home improvement store in West Chicago. The case is pending.
- Russell McGee, 22, of Westmont, was cited about 10:30 a.m. Thursday in the 700 block of South Monroe Street on a warrant and on charges of no valid driver's license and speeding. He was released and given a date to appear in court.
- A resident in the 800 block of South Thurlow Street received text messages of a disturbing and offensive nature between July 9 and April 23 from an unknown person.
- Eggs were thrown at a car between 5:30 p.m. and midnight Friday in the parking lot at 930 N. York Road.
