Dr. Meshulam earned his medical degree from Midwestern University Arizona School of Podiatric Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, and completed his residency at Community Hospital Podiatric Surgical PMSR/RRA in Indianapolis.

Dr. Meshulam’s clinical interests include arthritis, bunions, gout, diabetic foot care, foot and ankle surgery, fungal infections, hammer toes, nail disorders, wound care and orthotics.
