Lane Closures Announced On Ogden Avenue In Hinsdale
The project should be done by Nov. 5.

HINSDALE, IL — The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that patching work on Ogden Avenue over I-294 in Hinsdale will require lane closures and a 12-foot width restriction beginning, weather permitting, on Monday, Oct. 8.
According to IDOT, Ogden Avenue will be reduced to two lanes in each direction. To complete the project faster, the street will also be reduced to one lane in each direction on several weekends.
Traffic will be able to enter and exit the tollway at all times, and IDOT said the project should be done by Nov. 5.

Motorists can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through this area. Drivers are urged to pay close attention to flaggers and signs in the work zones, obey the posted speed limits and be on the alert for workers and equipment.
