Two Fitness Studios Coming to Clarendon Hills
A pilates studio and a barre studio will soon be coming to Clarendon Hills.

CLARENDON HILLS, IL - The Clarendon Hills village board has approved two new businesses, a pilates studio and a barre studio. One of the businesses approved by the board is The Pilates Core, which will be located at the southeast corner of the 4 Walker Avenue building. According to board notes, it will be located in the western portion of the former Citizen's Bank space, which has been vacant for years.
The village said the business will offer private and semi-private pilates classes, and also a certified Teacher Training Program to customers who want to become instructors in pure classical Pilates methods.
Other businesses at this property include the Village Veterinary Practice, Dr. John Brackett’s dental practice, and Walker Apartments. The village said the site has 35 off-street parking spaces and has access to over 50 on-street parking spaces.

The village said the owner Dana Santi, will move her Downers Grove facility to the Clarendon Hills location.
The board also approved Barre3, which will be a fitness studio offering classes specializing in a combination of yoga, pilates and ballet barre work.

According to board notes, the facility will be located at 158 Burlington Ave., which was previously occupied by a dry cleaners. The owner of the business is Mariel Pain, who lives in Clarendon Hills.
The board said the business has access to abundant on-street short term parking on both sides of Burlington Avenue. Employee parking is available behind the building, and customers will be encouraged by
the business owner to park on the south side of Burlington Avenue.
